1. Introduction

4. Account Registration

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one alanodt7 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. alanodt7 will treat any activity conducted from your account as authorised by you.

5. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Verification

alanodt7 is required to conduct KYC verification as part of its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) frameworks. By registering an account, you consent to the KYC process and agree to provide the following documents when requested:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo ID — National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence.
• Proof of Age: Any document confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement or official government correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your current residential address.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the alanodt7 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). alanodt7 accepts the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, GrabPay and Cash Deposit.

• Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your alanodt7 balance immediately or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. alanodt7 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method verified as belonging to the account holder. alanodt7 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

alanodt7 offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, deposit match offers and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotional offer terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.

8. Gaming Rules

9. Prohibited Conduct

10. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• alanodt7 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose.

• In no event shall alanodt7's aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Privacy

alanodt7 collects, processes and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with alanodt7, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

14. Dispute Resolution

Your continued use of the alanodt7 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

16. Termination & Account Closure

alanodt7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• alanodt7 determines that your continued use of the Platform poses a regulatory, legal or reputational risk.
• You are under investigation for suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting alanodt7 customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, net of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Accounts subject to investigation may have their balances held pending the outcome of that investigation.
